I made a GIANT pencil!

I made this for a Design brief, where we had to make an A2 poster, a 5m roadside banner, and a B&W newspaper press ad. But, I didn't end up using the pencil theme for the final products, even though i did create all three promotional products, including this (above) banner, AND after spending 8 hours engineering this novelty sized writing device.

It's core is basically corrugated box card, covered in coloured card stock. It was fun to make, and it's a pretty cool prop to have standing around in the office.

But the red hair is gone - it was like an episode of "When Hairdressers Go Bad", and it was terrible! I cried. Oh well, it'll grow back, some day.
