Magby Papercraft by Skele-kitty Magby Papercraft by Skele-kitty
Tah-dah! Another really adorable Pokemon model created by Pixel-Kakashi.

At first, I was really worried about this one looking like a weird pokemon with a perm hair-do, because that's what it looked like to me in the Gameboy game. But as it turns out, it's WAAAAAAAAY cuter than that GB sprite!

It's pretty easy once you finish the bumpy bits on it's head - that's the trick part, and using the PDO is highly recommended for that section.

You can get it here:

I love how this one came out for some reason.
Char doesn't know why, maybe its because it almost looks real. o-o

I hope your insurance company paid out - that way you get a brand new computer, PS3, iPod, Wii, and DS!

Thank you!

A lot of the newer Pokemon are pretty lame, in my books.

I think after Gen 2 they kind of ran out of ideas. There is the occasional good one, but overall, I'm not impressed.

awesome! the top pf the head must have been a pain to do. there was a part similar to that in the cooking kirby papercraft i put up. i actually kind of gave up when gluing the 2 halves of the hat together, put a ton of glue on, and let it dry as long as it didn't look too terrible.

btw, i was thinking the same thng with the hammer. :D

Yeah, that bumpy bit that you see here is actually my third attempt - I often work away from the computer, in front of the telly - and so, I don't always refer to the PDO whilst I build ... BAD KITTY! :giggle:

I wish I had a laptop. I'm seriously thinking of buying one of those wee 7" Acer ones just for this purpose.

What were you thinking about the hammer?

i now have a labtop, but the screen is broken, and doesn't seem to like my cds, so i can't get pepakura installed.

if you want a labtop just for papercrafts, look on ebay for a REALLY old one. ad far as i know, i think that pepakura works on 95.

your post "...or someone went to town on it's head with a mallet!". i was thinking the same thing with the mallet. i just called it a hammer.

Plus, I prefer to comment here, and to leave the forum replies to "anons"!
Besides, did you make the lined version? Because, if so, the lines are almost invisible! Good to know, so if I'm in trouble I can sometimes print out that version! :D

I usually print out the lined version! I know, it's very unprofessional, but it saves me printing out an extra (colourless/blank) version to trace over on my light box.

What you do is go to:
- File
- Print and Paper Settings
And the move the transparency setting to about the 2nd line.

This way the lines are just visible to you and when you emboss them they virtually disappear!

The only reason you can see the lines on this one is because to make the lines barely visible on the orange they had to be clearly visible on the yellow :(

You know, I never noticed before! Thanks for the tips!I'm really a masochist instead, and print out the lineless, and emboss it in front of my pc screen, so I don't need to print out another version! Sometimes it's very complicated, though! Like amphy's head, for example... But then I noticed I could do without folds on that part! Phew! :D

Totally weird! Either a perm, or someone went to town on it's head with a mallet!

Thank you! *bows deeply*
